a. Voluntary Nature of Donations:

All donations to Bhola Dutt Jha Foundation are voluntary and made with the intention of supporting our charitable initiatives.

b. Non-Refundable Donations:

  • Donations are generally non-refundable once processed.
  • Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as errors in donation amounts or duplicate transactions.

c. Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation with the following details:

  • Date of Donation
  • Donation Amount
  • Transaction ID or Receipt

2. Event Registration or Participation Fees

For events, workshops, or training sessions organized by Bhola Dutt Jha Foundation:

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event start date for a full refund.
  • No-Shows: Fees will not be refunded for participants who do not attend without prior notice.

Refund requests must include proof of registration and payment details.

3. Merchandise Sales (if applicable)

For any items purchased as part of fundraising efforts:

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
